Training and onboarding

Give every new person a path through videos, reading, practice tasks, quizzes, and manager sign-offs in the order work actually happens.

Focus

Turn onboarding from a pile of resources into a sequence people can follow and managers can trust.

The story

Training content usually exists. The problem is the space between having the content and knowing the work was actually learned. A new hire receives links, watches some videos, asks a manager what to do next, and waits for someone to confirm they are ready.

EleWave turns onboarding into a guided path. Each activity arrives with the right media, timing, owner, and completion rule, so learning becomes visible work instead of a collection of files.

How EleWave runs it

Before the first day, the new person receives a role introduction video. On day one, they get the practical guide for the location, tools, or workflow. Then EleWave assigns a real task, checks understanding with a quiz, and routes the final readiness step to a manager for approval.

The person being trained always knows the next step. The manager can see who is ready, who is stuck, and where the path needs attention.

What the team sees

EleWave keeps the signals that matter after training is over: overdue steps, quiz attempts, failed checks, proof of practical work, manager review, and the activities where people most often need help.

When it fits

Use this for new-hire onboarding, recurring certification, product training, shift preparation, role transitions, or any process where people need to learn and then prove they are ready to act.
