Use case

Member journeys

Guide every member from welcome to renewal with timed activities, clear next steps, proof, and human follow-up when it matters.

Focus

Make the member experience feel guided without rebuilding the same reminders for every person.

The story

A new member joins with momentum. They read the welcome message, save the first resource, and intend to participate. Then the community gets busy, the team moves on, and the next step depends on someone remembering to follow up.

EleWave turns that first moment into a journey. The welcome, the first action, the knowledge check, the proof request, the renewal prompt, and the approval path all arrive when the member is ready for them.

How EleWave runs it

On join day, the member receives a welcome video with one clear action. A few days later, EleWave opens the community guide and asks for acknowledgement. In week two, the member gets a proof or progress prompt. If they request special access, the approval routes to the right reviewer instead of becoming a private message.

The member sees a simple path. The team sees the journey behind it.

What the team sees

Progress becomes visible without turning the community into a spreadsheet. EleWave shows who received each activity, who completed it, what proof came back, who is waiting for review, and which members need a nudge before the next milestone.

When it fits

Use this when a membership, cohort, club, or community depends on repeated moments of participation: welcome, activation, contribution, proof, renewal, and exception review.
