Use case

Approval routing

Move requests to the right reviewer, capture the decision, and let the next step continue with context still attached.

Focus

Keep the judgment call inside the journey, not scattered across chat, email, and memory.

The story

A request is rarely the hard part. The hard part is everything around it: finding the right reviewer, giving them enough context, reminding them without sounding pushy, and proving later what they decided.

EleWave keeps the approval inside the flow. The request carries its evidence, the reviewer sees the decision options, and the process continues only when the decision is clear.

How EleWave runs it

A participant submits the request with the context required for review. EleWave routes the approval to the right person, waits for approve, reject, or needs-changes, and reminds or escalates if the decision is late. When the reviewer responds, the next activity opens from that state.

The team does not need to translate a verbal yes into operational progress. The decision is already part of the path.

What the team sees

EleWave shows who requested the approval, who reviewed it, when the decision happened, what comments or attachments were added, which approvals are still waiting, and where review paths slow the process down.

When it fits

Use this for content release, client review, access requests, exception handling, manager sign-off, compliance review, and any workflow where human judgment must remain visible.
