Reports, Progress, and Overview

Reporting is distributed across the product. Use Overview for movement, Library for inventory shape, and flow detail for specific progress.

EleWave keeps reporting close to the work. The right view depends on the question you are trying to answer.

04.1 Use Overview for operational reporting

Use Overview when you need a fast workspace-level read.

It helps answer:

  • what is active now
  • what is ready to complete
  • what is scheduled next
  • what is waiting for review
  • what has moved recently
  • what needs attention before it becomes late

This is the best screen for day-to-day operating decisions.

04.2 Use Library and flow detail for progress

Use Library when the question is about inventory shape and workload.

It helps you check:

  • private versus publish-ready material
  • enrolled and in-progress counts
  • where a flow sits inside the workspace structure
  • which flow should be edited, reviewed, or executed next

Then use the flow detail screens when you need progress, readiness, proof, and next-step state for one specific flow.

04.3 Use the repeatable review loop

For most teams, the operating loop is:

  1. start in Overview
  2. open the flow or task that needs attention
  3. complete, review, or escalate the activity
  4. return to Library for inventory decisions
  5. use Settings for Slack, people, domains, and workspace posture

This keeps operators focused on movement instead of searching for status across tools.
