Getting started

How do I create my first workspace?
Start from the web dashboard, create or join a workspace, then open Overview. From there, move to Creator when you are ready to turn a process, training path, checklist, or member journey into scheduled activities.
Can I invite team members during the trial?
Yes. Use Settings > People & Access to invite the people who create, complete, review, or administer work. Keep assignees and reviewers explicit before you publish a flow.
What delivery channels are supported?
EleWave centers work in the web product and can route activity delivery and follow-up through connected channels such as Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, and other configured adapters as they are enabled for your workspace.

Billing & subscriptions

How are activity runs counted?
An activity run is counted when scheduled work is delivered or acted on as part of a flow. Pure browsing of content, settings, or reports does not create a new run by itself.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing can be arranged from your billing flow or with the EleWave team. We will keep the plan aligned with how much scheduled work your workspace actually runs.
