We built EleWave to fix this broken experience. We are consolidating the chaos of HR, Learning, and Operations into a single, unified Operating System that lives right where your team already works: Slack.

To eliminate the "Context-Switching Tax" by bringing learning, growth, and culture directly into the flow of work. We empower humans to focus on what they do best—connection, creativity, and strategy—while our AI handles the routine.

Our Story
We started EleWave with a simple observation:
- Enterprise software is built for databases, not people.
- Great programs (Mentorship, L&D, Internal Hiring) fail because they are hidden behind clunky logins.
While leading engineering teams at scaleups and enterprises, we saw the friction firsthand. We realized that to drive adoption, we had to stop building "destinations" and start building "companions."
What began as a simple Slack-based Learning tool has evolved into a complete Employee OS. Today, EleWave powers everything from Internal Mobility (Grow) to Hybrid Office Coordination (Hub) and Culture Building (Vibe).
