Assign Courses

Elevate your team's learning experience with our streamlined course assignment feature. Assign courses to individuals or entire teams directly within Slack using simple commands.

To assign a course: (

First you need to have the right permission. (admin or manager role)
Then go to EleWave Learn Slack home page, select the course you want to assign and click ... on the right side of the course, then choose the Slack handle of the individual or the team you want to assign it to. ['@marketing-team` or '@mark']
EleWave Learn will automatically notify the assigned individuals or team members and provide them with access to the course.

Approve Content

Maintain high-quality learning content with our content approval process.

Here's how it works:

When a new course is created, it is submitted for approval.
Designated approvers (typically admins or L&D professionals) will be able to see list of courses that are ready to be reviewed.
Approvers can review the course content and publish it.
Once approved, the course becomes available to all learners inside your Slack workspace.

Access Reports

Gain valuable insights into your team's learning progress with EleWave Learn's reports.

You can access reports on:

Course completion rates
Individual learner progress
Team performance

To access reports, navigate to the "Reports" section in the EleWave Learn Slack app home page.
